Executive Coordinator

Role Summary:

The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator and facilitator with the ability to manage a large and diverse portfolio of initiatives relating to core business functions. The candidate will work on the CEO’s behalf to ensure efficient operations in every sector, leading initiatives to improve workflows and elevate project quality. The candidate must be an effective listener and communicator who can positively engage with team members to help them solve day-to-day problems and overcome obstacles to broader workplace success. 

Location:

We are located in Saline, Michigan. This position is in-person to encourage a culture of collaboration and mentorship.

What You’ll Do:

• Guide internal initiatives to completion and realize process improvements 
• Instill accountability and effectiveness across groups and teams 
• Streamline communications at all levels of the organization 
• Break through blockers to project and team member success 
• Identify and resolve areas of workflow inefficiency to ensure smooth operation 
• Understand areas of need and provide backstopping support to the CEO and other leadership as required
