Role Summary:

What You’ll Do:
- Guide internal initiatives to completion and realize process improvements
- Instill accountability and effectiveness across groups and teams
- Streamline communications at all levels of the organization
- Break through blockers to project and team member success
- Identify and resolve areas of workflow inefficiency to ensure smooth operation
- Understand areas of need and provide backstopping support to the CEO and other leadership as required

- Knowledge of database systems, statistical analysis, or data analysis tools
- Knowledge of project management, program management, or process improvement experience
- Prior engineering or software development experience
